Our journey began with a dusty old immigration record, where our ancestors’ names are scribbled in cursive. Among the names was “Paretta,” a beautiful, flowing Italian soounding name that captured our hearts and sparked our inspiration. It wasn’t until later that we discovered the true name was “Parotta.” By then, it was too late – Paretta’s had already charmed its way into our family’s dreams.

Our story is one of pride and resilience in difficulty. We carry on our heritage of immigrants who ventured to the United States in the late 19th century, seeking a fresh start and carrying with them the rich culinary traditions of Italy. At Paretta’s, we believe in doing things the hard way because it’s worth it. That means hand-rolling fresh pasta, creating mouthwatering dishes from scratch, and taking no shortcuts in our quest to serve you the finest Italian cuisine.
